1. What is Etioks?

Etioks is a mobile app that lets you track your detox program digitally. You can view your packages, schedule appointments, and follow your program.

2. Paket nedir?

Paket, şubelerimizden satın aldığınız detoks ürün setidir. Her paket belirli bir süre (örn. 10 gün) için detoks ürünleri içerir. Uygulama üzerinden paket satışı yapılmaz, yalnızca mevcut paketlerinizi takip edebilirsiniz.

2. What is a package?

A package is a set of detox products purchased at one of our branches. Each package covers a specific duration (e.g. 10 days) of detox products. Packages are not sold through the app — you can only track the packages you already own.

You can log in by entering your phone number and using the verification code sent to you via SMS.

You can create an appointment by tapping the "Book Appointment" button on the home screen, or by selecting a suitable date and time from the "Appointments" tab in the bottom menu.

5. How can I stay informed about campaigns?

You can stay up to date on current campaigns through the campaign banners on the home screen and app notifications.

Ana sayfadaki "Davet Linkimi Paylaş" butonuna tıklayarak arkadaşlarınıza davet linki gönderebilirsiniz. Hem siz hem arkadaşınız indirim kazanırsınız.

6. How do I invite a friend?

You can send an invite link to your friends by tapping the "Share My Invite Link" button on the home screen. Both you and your friend earn a discount.
